LOCAL PICKUP - Muntinlupa, Metro Manila
- In-house pickup is available from 11am to 6pm. An email or SMS will be sent to you when your order is ready for pickup. If you prefer to book your own delivery service provider, please send us an email (natuorganics.ph@gmail.com) or DM us on IG @natu.ph to make arrangements.
METRO MANILA / GREATER MANILA AREA (BULACAN, CAVITE, RIZAL, LAGUNA) / "NCR PLUS"
- Free delivery for orders worth P2,500 and up
- P130 flat rate applies to orders under P2,500
- Please allow 1-5 business days* for your order's arrival
- Rates above are for orders under 5 kg in weight**
OTHER AREAS NATIONWIDE
- P180 flat rate applies to all orders under P3,000
- Please allow 3-8 days* for your order to be processed for shipping
- Rates above are for orders under 2 kg in weight**

**A minimum rate of P295 applies for orders beyond 20kg for Metro Manila, and beyond 5 kg for other areas. Additional charges may apply depending on weight. You may also opt for PICKUP option to arrange your own pickup service.

- Same day delivery option is available for items in stock (please message us to confirm)
- Cut off for same day orders is 11am
- Free shipping is NOT available for same day delivery option
- COD option is available for items worth up to P2,000 - additional service fees may apply
- For rush orders after cut-off, P500 starting rate applies
FREE SHIPPING PROMOS
Lead time is from 2-8 days depending on the quantity of orders and location. Free shipping promos are not applicable for overweight orders, customized packages, discounted wholesale orders, and same-day delivery.
Rates above are applicable to retail purchases only. Delivery fees for wholesale, custom orders (e.g. gift boxes), overweight / beyond volumetric weight will be shouldered by the buyer.
